Our service offerings and contact channels for our customers in Germany are currently mainly available in German, as not all employees here in Germany speak a foreign language.

We are aware that this is not a satisfying situation for all of our costumers. For our customers in Germany who do not speak German or simply prefer another language, we want to break down and overcome language barriers.

The following options are available in other languages:

  • MeinMagenta App

    The “MeinMagenta App” is the perfect solution for all Telekom customers who want to manage their contracts and rates easily and conveniently. With the app, you have everything under control:  
    You can view your bills and contract details, change rates or even book additional options. Moreover, keeping track of your data usage for mobile customers or setting up your router for fixed network customers has never been easier. In doing so, you always have an overview of your costs and future expenses. 
    With the “MeinMagenta App”, you are always up to date. We will regularly inform you about relevant news and changes regarding your contracts and tariffs. You will no longer miss any details, and instead have all important information handily grouped in one app. And if you do have questions, our integrated digital assistant “Frag Magenta” (the speech bubble on the bottom right) will give you the answers you need.

  • Telekom hilft Community

    “Telekom hilft” is Telekom’s social media service unit and is represented on all major social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Our social media agents cover a wide range of topics so that you can get instant help with all your Telekom-related questions and issues. Furthermore, with our very own “Telekom hilft Community” we offer a platform where Telekom customers come together to help each other and find solutions to issues together. Whether it's technical questions or support with contract issues - you'll always find an answer in our community. 
    Our goal is to offer you the best possible service. That's why we created the “Telekom hilft Community”. Here you can benefit from the expertise of our moderators and other users who have already had similar questions and found a solution. And if you are not able to find the answer to your question or other users are not able to help you, our agents are also there for you on the “Telekom hilft Community”, too.
    The “Telekom hilft Community” is easy to use. You can register and ask your questions to now more than 1.7 million members, or you can simply search for answers that have already been given by other users.

  • MagentaService Live

    With MagentaService Live, you have access to competent and friendly customer service by video from 10am to 9pm Mondays through Saturdays. We support you with all questions regarding MagentaTV, mobile telephony, home networking, Smart Home and other service matters.
    You can contact us from your browser via video call, and we will be there for you immediately. You don’t even have to turn on your camera – only if you wish to do so.
    We take time for your concerns and respond to your individual needs in a completely data secure way. The focus is on showing you how MagentaTV and other devices work and look like. We also present you the many opportunities of home networking and Smart Home. You can use MagentaService Live from the comfort of your own home and save yourself a trip to the nearest Telekom shop, while enjoying the same quality service.

  • How-to videos @YouTube

    The YouTube channel Telekom How-to videos is an official channel of Deutsche Telekom AG and offers a variety of videos on different topics related to telecommunications.  
    In addition to helpful step-by-step instructions on many services and products, you can also find tips on many topics related to mobile communications, fixed network, the Internet and television.  
    The videos are practical and easy to understand in order to help viewers with questions quickly and easily. From setting up a new router or an eSIM to explaining the Telekom bill - the Telekom How-to videos channel is a valuable source of information for all customers.
    To watch a video with automatic captions in other languages, just click on settings > subtitles/cc > auto-translate to your language of choice. Subscribe now!

  • Mein Telekom Techniker

    With the "Mein Telekom Techniker" web app, you can see within one click when you should expect our service technicians: Telekom sends an SMS in advance of the scheduled appointment. Included in it: A link that can be used to track, in real time, whether they are still busy with another job and when they are expected to arrive. 
    If something should come up, you can reschedule the appointment independently with a few clicks. If an order is being processed, it is now even possible to track the individual work steps of the technicians during the troubleshooting.
    With "Mein Telekom Techniker", you receive the greatest possible transparency about the technician's visit. You know exactly when our technician will be at your home, which work steps have already been completed and when a fault has been rectified.  We understand that transparency about the technician visit is particularly important to our customers. And we are meeting this need with "Mein Telekom Techniker".
